*Private boat charters must be reserved with a deposit and signed contract. We cannot sail without full payment or a card on file. Weather cancellations are 100% refundable (minus 3% booking fee if credit card is used) if rescheduling is not possible. 7 days notice of cancellation will result in a full refund, minus a 15% “restocking” fee. Less than 48 hr cancellation notice will result in deposit forfeiture. Your date cannot be locked in until the contract is signed and turned back in and a deposit is made to hold the space.
Marinas other than our home port often require a “pickup fee” that will be rolled in to the cost. Please ask about additional fees and charges prior to booking your trip.
Please be early to set up and feel free to decorate as you wish. There will be a 100.00 “clean up” fee for excessive party fraternity style mayhem damage control.
Most importantly, we (and our insurance company) have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for excessive drunkenness and belligerence on our private boat charters. We reserve to the right end end the private boat charter, resulting in forfeiture of your payment if things get “out of hand”.
*** By the way, some of our captains have dogs that LOVE to come out on the water. if you DON’T want a pup along on your trip, please just say so.
